Love these pots! Cook great and won’t burn your hand.
I wanted to get rid of our non stick cookware because we have parrots and Teflon and it’s cousins are dangerous for birds with their fume sensitive lungs. My husband’s only concern was that the handles not be hot. These stainless steel babies with silicone handles fit the bill perfectly! They cook great at much lower temperature, and you just need to preheat with oil so they don’t stick when frying. I love how weighty they are. These are not cheap pots and pans that will dent up easily being tossed in the cabinet. They are very attractive too! Winner all around!

Not "nonstick"
Do not like the lack of nonstick quality.

Great quality for money does not clean very nice on inside and around handles
I am pretty satisfied. Disadvantages: a bit clumsy to stack. Especially covers. Inside of pots do not look nice when washed. I bought these pots because I wanted stainless interior and handles that I can touch directly while hot. Meets both of my requirements very well

Very nice, durable cookware. But you have to get used to them.
We got these to replace our nonstick cookware. Years ago I used stainless cookware, and I wanted to get back into stainless because I'm tired of having my nonstick pots and pans wear out. I'm sure if you're *very* careful you can have your nonstick pans last a long time, but that's just hard to do when you have children cooking, and I don't want to have to worry about it anymore. These are very nice and durable. I'm pleased to note that the rivets used to attach the handles to the pots and pans are very large and thick, and look like they'll hold up. The softer handles are very comfortable to use.We are using these on a glass-top electric range. We've used them for cooking a variety of things and for the most part have had no difficulties. However, as with any set of cookware, you have to get used to them. My wife says she likes the pots, but she hasn't quite gotten the use of the skillets. She hasn't been able to get them to the correct temperature for the things she's cooked, and as a result tends to scorch or slightly burn what she's making, She also reports that they seem to get hotter than our nonstick pans. For the most part they clean up fairly easily. In some cases we have to put water in a pot or pan and let it soak for a while, but when we're done they come out spotless. We haven't had to scrub any of them.

Great on our electric top, be sure to season them!!!
I know stainless is considered a healthier alternative than non-stick, so did some research on making stainless easier to clean. I had no idea stainless, like cast iron, could be seasoned. What a difference this made. Without seasoning, cooking was more of a challenge - eggs stuck like glue. Seasoned? They slide right out of the frying pan. Our previous set on non-stick aluminum was literally melting on the electric top. One day we noticed silver gouges in the pots and pans. Did some research - high temp damage from the electric cook-top. A few of the pots were unsafe to use so much of the base was melted away. So it was time for a new set, and one that would work on the high-temp electric stove. There's a nice variety of pots and pans, although like typical sets they are a pain to stack and store. But unlike coated sets, the edges don't shed Teflon when stacked. So far no complaints. We've used pretty much all of the pots and pans except the largest one. That pot is 8 quarts! Decently heavy and well made. The lids also seal nicely - better than many others I've used.
