Really effective and helps out with vien popping pumped workouts. I stack another supplement with this. Now that aside, products either contain what they say or they are falsely labeled. By that assumption this product costs roughly 18 cents a gram which is a bit steep. I will try another one based on cost per gram. If you supplement 5 grams a day this bottle won't last long!

First let me just say I'm on my third bottle. The best and I highly recommend looking for pharmaceutical grade arginine like this one. I took the first bottle and started with half the recommended dose until it was empty...and felt a noticeable difference.
