My local pool supply store sells these filters for about 3x as much. I ordered these on Saturday, they arrived on Monday. Couldn't ask for better service and these filters are easily as good, if not better, than the ones I had in my filter. The pool is now sparkling clear and ready for the summer!

These were the wrong size so I had to return them. They seemed okay just by looking at them. Appeared to be a good quality.

I have ordered these twice. First time was fine. Second time they arrived cracked. I was able to return with no problem. Got them in April and it is now July and two of them have collapsed and are useless. There is no support inside like other filters have. Email to customer service attempts result in returned email. The feedback form on their website won't send. Not sure what's going on. And I'm stuck with broken filters. When they work, they do a good job of filtering.

It’s been about 6 months and they did not last. The straps are breaking and do not clean well. I need to buy more and am dissatisfied.They don’t have customer service to talk to. They say send an email on their voice mail phone number. They when you go to the place to contact it is an error….. ugh! Horrible!
