First I bought gray 16*24 frame. The packaging was sturdy and the product had no crack or scratch. Backside of the frame is hard and tight so I can’t see any wave of my paper poster in it from all angle. I liked it very much that the thin metal (not shiny) didn’t dominate the poster in it, so I bought another black one of the same size. I am glad that I found the frames of the quality I can trust.

The frames themselves are fine. However, I was hanging 3 closely in a row as it was a set of prints. The hooks on the back are not in the same position on each frame so don't measure as if they are. Found that out the hard way.

Arrived quickly. Packaged well in box, shrink wrapped with plastic protectors on corners. Frame itself is sturdy and solid feeling but not too heavy. Color is exactly what I envisioned and goes well with my glass shelves and coffee table. I'm waiting for my poster to arrive which is why I have the stock photo still in the frame. Happens to be a nice picture though haha Very happy ordering a second for another wall.

This was the size I was looking for. I had found no other. All other frames were 18 x 24 and I needed a frame more narrow than 18 inches. Great piece for the price. I recommend this product.

Perfect for my picture

Pleasantly surprised how well this worked, good quality, easy to open, delivered clean and not damaged. Rare with online frames.

Arrived without blemishes or breaks

I purchased the frame hoping to upgrade from a target frame because the glass has too much glare. Upon receiving it, I noticed the new frame seems identical to my existing frame, including the sticker on the back. Then why paying double the price for identical items?

Looks great

I went and put a picture in the back and the pressure clamped popped right out. Can buy the same quality from Ikea for $15
