InnerGuide Planning Pads: Perfect for Getting and Staying on Track
The InnerGuide Planning Pads are a great stand-alone product if you do not use a weekly planner and they work as a great supplement to the InnerGuide Planner. I have the InnerGuide 2016-2017 Planner, July-June, Hardbound Calendar with Journal, Goal & Life Coach Planner (love it) and now with the addition of InnerGuide Planning Pads I find myself really staying on track throughout the day.I bought the Mind Body Spirt Fitness (Purple) and Staying on Track (Green) versions if the InnerGuide Tear-off Notepads.I am currently studying to be a Health and Nutrition Coach and find the Fitness Pad very helpful as I observe how my eating, exercise and intention/goal setting changes over the course of my studies. There are many fitness apps I could use but I became frustrated when I could not find an app that went beyond tracking meals, exercise and body measurements. They all seemed to miss the point that InnerGuide clearly gets – eating all the kale in the world won’t make you healthy unless you feel good about yourself and care for your inner health. The sections on the page are: * Date * Today's Challenge * Meal Tracking (breakfast, lunch, dinner and 3 snacks -- what I ate and how I felt after) * Exercise (flexibility, aerobic, core and strength -- intensity, duration and how I felt after) * Stress assessment * Self inventory of healthy, mindful, inner actions you could be taking * Overall assessment of the day * One-Minute MeditationOn the back of the Fitness Pad (on the One Day At A Time Success Pad too) they have instructions for a One-Minute Meditation. I’ve done it and it’s wonderful.The pads are 6” x 9” so a page will easily fit in your bag, or with two folds just slip in your back pocket. I find that they are printed on very nice paper that holds up well in my bag (some pads I tried in the past had thin pages that ripped easily).As a recommendation for future editions - a section to keep track of water intake would be helpful. But it is easy enough to jot it down on the current format.

I love my purple mind body spirit Fitness planner pad
I love my purple mind body spirit Fitness planner pad. It's great to have a place to write down everything I eat (meals and snacks) and what my workout of the day is. It allows me to either plan what I am going to eat and what I am going to do for a workout in advance, or I can use it that day! I am a big fan of the Life Coach in a book. This planner pad adds in a place for meals and fitness - which makes my days complete! Also loved the helpful reminders on the right hand side - encouraging me to focus my attention to my thoughts and reminding me to take time to quiet the mind.

I love this pad!
I bought the Fitness version. There is enough room to write a quick description of what you ate, what exercise you did, etc. but my favorite part was being able to note how I felt after I ate / worked out. For me it's a great reminder when I look back and see that I felt crappy after I ate certain things or how great I felt when I ate right and exercised ... it really works as encouragement to stay on track. I glued a couple of magnets on the back and put it right on my fridge ... so convenient!

Great to help achieve fitness goals
Great notepad to help with achieving fitness goals. Would love to see something like this incorporated with a planner. Very well done, keeps me on track.

Great, useful products!!!
Purchased two of these planner pads (Fitness and Staying on Track) for my daughter and she LOVES them. She can use them by putting them in her planner she carries with her to work, etc and/or is using them individually at home to keep herself on track and encouraged. The only option we'd love to see is perhaps an option for magnetic back pad so they could be posted on fridge or somewhere.
