Been using this for all my runs from 3 miles to 27 miles in the Central TX heat and humidity. I was chaffing really bad even on short runs and the typical stuff I would use weren't helping (diaper rash cream, trail toes and SNB). Figured I'd give this a try and it has worked well without needing to reapply. Only downside is the bottle is a bit bulky in my small running pack. Weight matters when I am filling up with water snacks and first aid so it would be nice if the bottle was lighter and maybe more flexible so I don't feel it poking my back. I don't even really need to bring it but I do just on case.

I've been using this for my evening runs for the last 7 days, and I must say I'm amazed at how well it works. At first I was a bit put off by the product residue on my hands, but I'd just wipe the excess off into my towel, and boy did it make my hands soft. So, I don't mind it anymore, as it seems to work as a good skin moisturizer too. I would highly recommend this product to anyone who leads an active lifestyle and has chafing issues.

I love the application of this product. Granted, it is messier than other stick products, but I just hate how those tug onthe skin and dry it out. I tried glide before, but it would just dry out my skin and made chafing worse! I decided to give this a try because of the lanolin, and I'm really surprised at how well it works, while not completely drying out my skin. It also leaves my skin very soft when I wash it off.

Attention, this product left an oily stain on my T-shirt that didn’t come out in the wash. In addition it has a strong perfume smell that I found very unpleasant. These are things that are deal killers for me and I tossed mine in the garbage after the first use. At $17.98 that is kind of a bummer.

I do a lot of triathlons and have had a very specific chafing issue for years that caused me pain for days after an international or greater distance race. I've tried MANY of the other poplar products out there and had basically no relief. I used the 4Sport Anti Chafe Lotion for a 1/2 IM this weekend and had ZERO chafing pain afterwards. This stuff is the best!

Does what you need it for. A friend of mine recommended this to me as I have recently started running longer distances and anti chafe lotion really becomes necessary. While this is the first product like this I have used I would definitely buy again as it works well and I prefer the push top bottle for application over something like the stick method to apply that other brands use.

My daughter plays travel ball and always chafes. I literally did my homework at the ball field and ordered right away . First time she used it, applied it at 6 am ., lasted till 12 pm . No pain! Highly recommend this product.

This product has helped me tremendously in preventing chafing when I'm at the gym! In the last few months, I've seen an increase in how much I sweat and begin to chafe when I'm working out, and I've been starting to worry I may even get blisters.Fortunately, I found this product! It helps prevent the chafing almost entirely. Would definitely recommend!
