For it's price it is a solid buy came out cheaper with this then buying all my fixtures individually from Lowe's.(Shower arm, pressure valve, hot and cold knob faucet head ,and shower head all included) I ended up not using the shower head because I had already purchased a 12 inch rainfall shower head . I like the black finish ,but the tub spout is on the shorter side ,so I'm having issues with the water going on the tub instead of in the tub .. I special ordered a bigger tub ,so I do not know if this would be more suitable for a standard tub , but it is ok for the money , just not really that functional for my large tub . But again getting all the fixtures in one single purchase was a win . ( Side note water was only luke warm until we discovered there is a red tab inside of the pressure valve ,that has to be removed if you want piping hot water .. if I was in a jam I'd buy this set again ... Also helpful tip ( the tephon included is a very cheap grade ,and doesn't not work well . Do yourself a favor and buy the good tephlon from your local hardware store/Lowe's/home Depot whichever you prefer just get the real deal)

Let me start by saying this company has really surpassed any expectations of a company. I bought these before closing on my new build home. Building said they’d install it for me. They changed their mind and I wanted to do it myself but the builders made it very difficult and unfortunate for me. 1) the quality of this is amazing. Black color looks great. Solid feel. Valve is nice and heavy. Made with quality. 2) I inquired to customer service about my situation and they tried everything in their power to help me. They helped more than Amazon, the builders and plumbers. If there is ever a chance to support and buy from this company again I 100% will. 3) this set honestly costs less than any other brands out there and has better quality, better customer service and satisfaction. I did screw the shower head on and it’s nice and big with a very good amount of swivel. The swivel is not stiff but not loose and cheap feeling. If you are a builder or someone remodeling definitely go with this set. 4) the instruction are outlined clearly. Everywhere before purchasing it states that you have to replace the valve. Any issues I had were at zero fault of this company or this product.

Very nice set. Have been using it daily for a couple of months with no issues. Had a question and customer service answered it the next day and even followed up after that. Love the looks and like the shower head WAY more than I thought I was going to.

I purchased two of these sets and I couldn’t be happier with the look and feel. They feel luxurious, deliver the perfect stream of water, and honestly make me want to stay in the shower way longer than I probably should. The matte black finish is gorgeous—modern, stylish, and exactly what I was going for. Installation was straightforward and quick, and for the price, it’s an incredible value—way cheaper than anything I found at Home Depot for a similar style and quality. The only reason I’m giving 4 stars instead of 5 is that it didn’t come with a matching drain plug, which I would’ve expected to be included for a full set. Still, it’s a small inconvenience compared to how happy I am with the overall result. Highly recommend if you’re looking to upgrade your bathroom without draining your wallet!
