Good product speeds up troubleshooting/repair and time is money
I've gotten a chance to use this a few times to fix some trailers and it has helped me speed up troubleshooting quite a bit. I can see where some people call it fragile but if you take care of your tools like you should and stow it in the nice protective case shouldn't be a problem. I like the top display that shows approximate amps which tells quite a lot as to how many brake units are working and such. Over all I am very happy with my purchase and wish I had thought about getting this along time ago.

Works good while it lasts
I have purchased about 5 of these of the last 3 years. They all last about 6-8 months and then fail. We use them every day for our business but I would expect a longer life from it.
