I have used Thera - Band exercise band before so I was familiar with the product. This time I went for the extra heave blue 5.5m. By going for the 5.5m I was able to make up various lengths for different exercises. I also bought the handles to go with this . Great bit of kit ,fits in your pocket and ideal for taking on holidays to keep you toned up.
