Great Seller, Good Product
Quick shipping. Instructions were not clear in all areas and could be improved.When hooked up the charger would not work on my good batteries. Seller had several suggestions on hook up but nothing would work. After several email exhanges, the Seller shipped another connector wire (from the charger to the battery. Now it works just as advertised.3 stars for the charger itself as it didn't work until I received a new connector wire about a week later.3.5 stars for the charger operating instructions. Could be improved/clarified.5+ stars for the seller's persistence and courtesy in doing whatever was needed to make the sale RIGHT.I would recommend the product and I highly recommend the seller.

This external battery charger is perfect and worked very well
My laptop broke so now I can't charge the battery so I decided to try alternative methods. This external battery charger is perfect and worked very well. I just took out the battery and it takes a few hours to fully charge.

Works well as advertised
Minimal packaging, brief but clear instructions. On the brick, green LED lights when plugged into AC power, red LED stays on until battery is charged. This makes a formerly-unusable Asus U47A (motherboard charging circuit was fried) a usable system again.

Well worth it!!!
Works as advertised..very pleased with this as it allows me to now use batteries on my ASUS Q400 series laptop with defective charging circuit.

Worst purchase
This device does not work. The indicator lights only showed green on a battery that was not charged completely. Waste of money and time. Lesson learned do not purchase.

ASUS Q400A half usable again!
A diagram on how to use it would help and it would prevent returns! (how hard is for the manufacturer to draw one, copy it and insert it in package?) - Read instructions and follow the hook-up order.The first couple of times this charger did not seem to work, but is now working. It made my piece of junk ASUS Q400A laptop half usable again, after part of the mother board stopped working (as so many others have). Lesson learned: don't buy ASUS! great on paper, not so in reality!

Charger works as advertised.
5 stars that it works as advertised. 4 stars because it's a bit challenging to keep it plugged in properly. Additionally you must plug and unplug it according to instructions or risk damaging the battery. Bottom line : it works. My crappy Asus laptop works again. I'm happy...er.
