I noticed a great improvement in the overall "feel" of dental/gums.Although, I floss manually after each meal and utilize a cordless Waterpik® Sonic-Fusion® system twice a day, I still needed extra care.Crest Pro-Health Advanced Gum Restore Toothpaste (3.7 oz.) has become our household mainstay, replacing our previous 6 oz. "deep clean-whitening" brand. A year ago I had a mild heart attack and a stent inserted. I was put on a blood thinner for at least a year. Crazy thing was, I had my first dental appointment scheduled to get some serious dental work done just two days after I was admitted to the hospital. Obviously, I never made that appointment. When I got home from the hospital and called the dentist to explain why I never showed up, I was told I couldn't have the scheduled work done while I was on the meds I was taking. What to do about my gums???Enter Crest Pro-Health Advanced Gum Restore Toothpaste. No, I'm not getting paid for this review but you might think so because I'm raving about this new toothpaste. It has made a HUGE difference in the health of my teeth and gums. The plaque building up at the base of my teeth is GONE!!. My gums look so much healthier. Even areas where I had the beginning of recessed gums has reversed. It took about 2 weeks to start seeing a difference. Now I've been using this toothpaste for close to a year and the difference is like night and day.There are two new Crest toothpastes for gums. One is called "Detoxify" and the other is called "Restore". I purchased both and alternate, brushing once a day with one after breakfast and once a day with the other before bedtime.

The only way I can accurately review this Gum Restore toothpaste is through my dentist's comments. My teeth and gums were looking very good. I told him I used this toothpaste and he said my gums aren't receding as they had been. As for "restoring" them, he said I won't go back to having better gums, but preventing further recession was working. I'll take that as a win.
