Fantastic product easy to connect and easy to use brilliant

Set up was easy and quite quick,there was the usual update on first start up but that didn't take long,I've had no speed issues with downloading apps,obviously it's not as fast as better know machines but be realistic with your expectations,it costs peanuts really,I'm quite impressed with it

Nice, easy. Cons. The operating system is 10. Many apos not work because it's need to be androide 11 and still not updated. I wish I noteced that otherwise I bought android 11 device. **** Remember any Tv box you by has to be upgraded to 11. ***

Terrible product. Constantly buffering. Flimsy remote control which worked sporadically. Went into terminal decline inside five months. Could not connect to the Internet despite three attempts to restore factory settings. Ugly software design. Entering information such as email addresses and passwords takes forever. Deadline for returns is a mere two months, which says it all. The manufacturers should stick to making chopsticks.

For the price this a good little box. I managed to install streaming software on it and it handled it all very well. The usual software like Netflix, BBC iPlayer all work flawlessly. I head read some complaints about the controller but it is perfectly fine, you just need a semi clear line of sight . Mounting options are good and build quality is exactly what you would expect from a lightweight , low cost box. Overall, this little budget box can open up your viewing and streaming world.

It was purchased to be able to show powerpoint slideshows as well as videos, photos & music without the need for a PC or laptop etc. The enclosed instructions fail to describe how the remote works so it took a while to work this out. The installed playstore app is configured to only show media apps. So download the MS Office apk file on a PC (search the web to find out how to do this) save it to a usb memory stick and install it on the media box using the file manager. I can now play pptx files using a PowerPoint remote with it's dongle plugged onto the media box USB port. The HDMI port video and audio work just fine at all resolutions. Note: if you want to install other apps as well then you will need to choose 64 bit Arm versions. Also you may well have to experiment with versions due to the media box hardware. I installed the Zenui File Manager which is a good choice. Find this apk in the playstore. Very happy with the purchase.

Easy to use and setup. Been using it daily and no problems streaming from various apps and hooking up to / download from playstore. Smooth operation and runs well with vpn running with no lag or slow response times. Remote works well and can plug in a standard pc keyboard straight into USB port.

This android set top box is a good budget way of turning an old TV into essentially a smart TV or adding such features to a monitor or other display, provided your OK with a somewhat laggy system and awkward menus that is. The UI and OS are both quite awkward and cumbersome to navigate, primarily because the OS is an android mobile variant, but once you're used to the system and appreciate the price of the unit, I think it's totally reasonable.

The TV box was out of date and could not be updated rendering it useless and not fit for purpose. Apps could not be installed, Google Browser could not be updated due to the box having an outdated android system.

No es la primera vez que pido este tipo de aparatos y siempre me ha venido con un cargador Europeo, menos en este caso que me ha venido con un cargador inglés el cual no me sirve para nada y me va a tocar pedir otro cargador para poder utilizarlo

Después de esperar mas tiempo del que me decía al cómpralo, viene con el cargado con clavija para Reino Unido por lo que no se puede utilizar.
