Good Results
I like the quality ingredients which is all natural and very healthy. started seeing good results within 3 weeks of taking them. The only dislike is they smell so bad before you take them out of container and no flavor, with a hint of mint taste. My energy level came up, my hair and nails has grown as well. I will continue buying them for continued good healthy results. Also easy to swallow.

I feel better
These vitamins have everything plus more than what other vitamins offer. I feel so much better since I’ve been taking them. Yes, the taste is terrible (it’s that omega) but it doesn’t last long. I choose taking a vitamin over a gummy any day and I’m really bummed these aren’t on the shelves anymore.

Everything I needed but beware the fishy burps!
I just started taking these vitamins a few days ago, so I will update around the three month mark to note the efficacy. This vitamin has everything, nutrient-wise, I was looking for. I’m in recovery from anorexia, and my skin and hair has suffered as a result from years of malnutrition. I’m 27 and I’ve noticed a sad amount of aging from the severity. All the research points to vitamins A-E being great for hair, skin, and nails so I am hoping I can find some healing through this vitamin regimen. I also deal with painful breast fibroids and my gynecologist suggested adding a vitamin E supplement for that as well. Lastly, I have bipolar I disorder and the literature suggests that adding more Omega 3 to the diet can be helpful for that. I’m also on lithium which can make you zinc and selenium-deficient (also needed for healthy hair). So there’s a layout of all the issues I’m hoping this vitamin can help with. These vitamins are easy to swallow and the capsule is soft. However, given my aforementioned conditions, I’m quite versed in swallowing pills. There is a minty scent which I like, but I did notice from other reviews that some people don’t like that. This flavor/smell is noted in the description, heads up. What ISN’T mentioned in the description is the fishy burps - UGH. From about 15 minutes after I take my vitamin, I’m burping the taste of raw fish for the rest of the morning and into lunch time. It’s not great… but not a dealbreaker given that I get my omega 3 and tons of other vitamins in one capsule. But if you can’t tolerate mint smell or fish taste, this might not be the supplement for you. (Note: i’m not sure why there is a fishy-burp because the label says it’s fish/shellfish-free.) Other pros is that this vitamin is third-party tested, vegetarian, free of sugar, dyes, or artificial flavors, and doesn’t contain yeast or other common allergens. It’s also neat that it contains 100mg of fruit and vegetable blends! It DOES contain rosemary extract. I know it’s not a common allergy, but I do know someone allergic to rosemary, so keep that in mind. It’s not something you may think to look out for. I’m excited to see in three months if there are any noticeable (hopefully positive) effects!

Horrible vitamins!!
We’ve used Smarty Pants gummies for our kids for years. I was excited to see these bc I’ve been looking for a good multivitamin that contains omega 3. The idea that I could take one vitamin in place of two was a big appeal along with the Smarty Pants quality I’ve come to expect, so I ordered two bottles. I was beyond disappointed with this product. First, when I opened the bottle the smell was overwhelming. It is a rancid fish oil smell. I have never smelled such a strong, unpleasant odor from ANY omega product I have ever taken and we take Omega oil daily. Second, as soon as you put the vitamin in your mouth, the rancid overly sweet taste floods your mouth. Even taking it with a flavored drink did nothing to help with the taste. Just taking the vitamin out and holding it in your hand, makes your hand stink. Third, you start burping this up 30 minutes after taking it. The burps are just as rancid smelling as the pill itself. I had indigestion for a week straight after starting to take these. For some silly reason I didn’t realize that these vitamins might be causing the discomfort. I suppose I didn’t realize it bc I’ve NEVER had a vitamin make me feel this way. After a week of suffering through the indigestion and burps, I decided to skip a day and go back to my Naturelo vitamin and it was like night and day. I had no indigestion, no burps, no sour stomach. I was hoping that maybe it was just my body and not the vitamins so I explained my symptoms to my mother and my teenage daughter and asked if they’d like to take a chance on them considering I had two bottles. They both agreed to try them. Two days in, both of them had thrown in the towel. They were both suffering from indigestion, stinky burps and sour stomachs. Something is seriously wrong with these vitamins. Fortunately I haven’t opened the second bottle, so I will be returning that one. I’m not sure if these are spoiled but they are in date. I can’t believe that Smarty Pants made this terrible product.

Skeptic turned believer
I'm typically skeptical of multivitamins, but I swear my skin and nails have significantly improved. My diet has been a little constrained recently and my nails were starting to peel. Along with these vitamins I have been paying more attention to nail care, ie high quality nail clipper, Czech glass file, using oil on cuticles as much as possible, using super hydrating hand cream, and avoiding cleaning chemicals and unnecessary exposure to water. Second photo is 4 days progress, last photo is 13 days progress with my thumb nail which seemed to be the most affected. My skin has also drastically improved although I don't have photos demonstrating the changes. My mild cystic acne has decreased significantly. I also had this pore on my cheek that was wider than normal at a noticeable degree, but not quick a pock mark. That has been shrinking significantly. The only skincare change I have made was cutting at a physical exfoliant with salicylic acid in it. All I do now is remove makeup with micellar water and wash my face with water. Overall I am pretty pleased. Side note I do get super mild oily burps with these vitamins, but I'm pretty used to fish oil and it doesn't bother me at all.
