Challenging Lego Technic build project. Was seeking this specific item which is no longer in production. Happy to report I received a new in box item from a reliable seller. Would buy from again.

Comes with lots of cool technic parts, really big and awesome model. You get a lot of lego for your money with this one. Value for money.

This purchase was for my husband who likes to build with Lego's. He has not started building this one yet, but we have purchased many sets for our children and then our grandchildren and they are always great fun to build. Always a worthwhile purchase, especially for children instead of the usual junk toys. Not a bad "toy" for adults too!

Buyer beware, tracks have a hard time moving on smooth surfaces. Other than that it's a great build, and easy to customize (whether it be a gearbox modification, or a "thumb" as I have added to mine). For those who do NOT know what a thumb is, look up "Excavator with thumb".

This is obviously a toy but fun to build. Lego has a number of adult kits that require patience and provide satisfaction upon completion. This was a lot less expensive and good exercise for the fingers.

Note that the official piece count of 569 has a lot of empty calories: there are 90 pieces of drive track (45 for each side) that have to be linked together, and there are another 20 pieces of gray 1x2 studs that serve only as "rubble" that you can scoop up with the bucket. So that's almost 20% of the piece count right there.But that is my only reservation about this set. This set came out in 2021 and this is the type of set that I wish Lego would make more of in the Technic line: compact but full-featured (there are separate control knobs for arm height and bucket articulation, and it is very satisfying to coordinate the two knobs perfectly to scoop up items into the bucket. Plus the truck can swivel and roll on its tracks.)
