The product listing clearly mentioned that a unit is 20lbs… I ordered 6 to cover a patch in the garden… each one is barely 4lbs!!!!Not even half of the advertised weight….. a complete rip off!!!!!

I bought these for my fish aquarium because the description said they could be used for aquarium usage. I was surprised when they arrived by how large the rocks are, they are each at least 2 inches around most are 3 inches around. Many are not actually “ round” but other od shapes, like ovals, oblongs, near triangles etc. but this is okay for my purposes. They are shiny, smooth, and beautiful. I rinsed them off before adding them to my tank because they appeared dusty. They look great in my fish tank! I still need plants and fish to finish off my tank.

They're black, people. You may not believe that there are different shades of black, but just look at different brands of construction paper if you don't believe me. Kinda Black = Black.

Unfortunately I had to return my box of rocks as it seems they were damaged in shipping. I expect “irregularities” with rocks and know few rocks are perfect but many of mine arrived broken, leaving sharp edges and therefore couldn’t be used.The rocks themselves were quite nice! I loved the size which was a bit bigger than advertised and those that didn’t break in transit looked nice and smooth. The rocks I received wound up being 4” or more I would guess. A medium sized rock you could grasp nicely in your hand. They were the deep and consistent black color I was wanting but were covered in quite a bit of wax. For those looking to paint them or use them in fish tanks this could be an inconvenience but I found with scrubbing the residue was removed enough to paint the rock successfully.I’m going to check this same store to see if they have smaller rocks that might survive transport better

I was delighted with the rocks! I am using them for Rock Painting and they are perfect. I received 52 rocks and they are 3-4 inches, most being 3 inches. They are smooth and nicely shaped. Many were perfect but some had minor flaws, such as small dents or gauges, easy to fix using wood filler.
