Works well with some adjusted technique.
It works, but I don't like it as much as the Garrett snuffer. The curved tube tends to push up against the inside of the bttle and sometimes catches gold and spits it out when you prepare to pick up more.I would suggest carefully adjusting the tube and cutting it to an appropriate length to avoid this. The material is also a lot softer and has more friction than the material used in the Garrett models, so I've seen a pile of fine gold go half way up the tube and then get stuck while I'm drawing it in.I'm starting to get used to it, so orient the bottle so the tube is facing up when I tilt it so gold doesn't flow by the tube oin the inside, and tilt the snuffer so gold I'm picking up doesn't have to go uphill so much, also make sure i'm drawing a lot of water after I get the gold and tilting it upright while drawing in to try and get it all to drop out of the tube, then shake it a bit.I suppose after I use it for a while I won't even think about it, it will work just fine, but the Garrett is a lot more forgiving. And expensive.
