Good product for leather which is already in decent shape.
The product does soften the leather, and it looks good. However, it does not truly restore older leather with cracks or worn lines.- I applied it 3 times, and waited for it to settle in each time. My leather seats did look better, but still showed the white cracked areas.- I sent email to customer service, asking for any help to apply it correctly or differently. No response.Considering there are many competing products out there, I would not buy it again.

Lots of work for a poor result
sticky. Not emollient. Didn't absorb into my old leather bag or couch. In both cases it changed the color at first but once it dried it felt tacky, changed the softness of the leather to make it less malleable, and didn't accomplish at all what I wanted it to. Nothing improved on the couch and I would say my leather bag looks worse.

Worked perfectly! I had a pair of boots I've been lovingly wearing for years, this product helped revive them to their original texture and look with only two coats.
