Unbelievably reasonable price. We put these into three unusual or pretty empty wine bottles. We put one set around the wreath on the front door and one in an ombré blue wide topped vase. They gave a bright, pure white light and look incredibly pretty. The light faded a little over an evening in the wine bottles and we expected to need to replace the light next evening, but no! The lights were back to full force next time. If we need to use all the lights over Christmas and New Year then it’s money well spent. Christmas Day today, lights been in use about ten days, NONE have needed replacing yet. We recommend these and would definitely buy more as needed. Will be part of our permanent Christmas decorations in future!

these lights have come in a new box but have clearly been used or sent back. the part that fastens the back to the solar panel is snapped and stuck inside the bit it's supposed to fit to so i can't even fasten them to a fence or stick them in the ground. also the bit that fits on the back is clearly for a different model as it's too big to fasten properly to the solar panel

I'm really pleased with how good these look and how thin the two strands of wire are - you can barely seem them during the day. I have lopped them around a set of pictures on the wall and then down on to a thick tall LED candle below.You have to be careful that you slowly unravel these lights into a line in the first instance to prevent any tangles/knots when putting them up. It was a little bit fiddly but not overly and worth the 15/20 minutes it took to do from opening to final switch on.The battery unit itself has a single button that you can press to toggle the lights on and then through the 8 settings before you get to the off. As per other reviews I have now ordered some rechargeable batteries (to prevent cost and waste and long term effect of using disposable batteries).The remote control is much easier to use and has a separate on, off, timer and function buttons. Unfortunately, one of the remote controls didn't work and on the other one the off button seemed rather erratic and only seemed to turn off if you toggled through some of the other buttons first. So I contacted the seller and they were great! I explained about the two remote's and they then asked if both sets of lights were working OK, I had only used one set before sending me replacements.Definitely very pleased with them I am currently only using them inside but I may get some for the outside.As a comparison, I bought some outside Bethlehem Christmas lights from QVC a few years ago, which were a lot shorter (I needed to but two) and needed much bigger more expensive D batteries, the lights cost circa £40 for one set! I guess their cable was a lot thinker and may stand the test of time better but I think I prefer these.

Lovely item itself, but unfortunately one of the lights stopped working completely within a couple of months. I bought this for my dad's garden who I don't live with, so I'm not sure exactly when it stopped working and wasn't able to return it in the 1 month window as I didn't know about the issue within the month - and as a faulty item I should still be able to return it but I have no contact details to do so.The other one still works, although isn't very bright and doesn't stay on for very long so I guess the solar panel doesn't charge much. That's with the solar panel sitting on top of a pergola so should get full direct sunlight during the daylight.If it worked as it should, the copper wire looks nice, the LEDs are un-intrusive and I like the option for various flashes or static. Just unfortunate I'm having to replace it.

Super pretty delicate LED lights on a wire. Very subtle. Great that you have a controller to change between different flashing light formations or just still light but controller is not the most responsive so sometimes have to press a few times to do what you want to do. Great that you can dim the lights. They are a soft light even on the brightest. The batteries run down pretty quick if you use daily, about 2 weeks use with Duracell batteries. Overall love them though.

ok these lights are very thin and bright plus you get 2 sets. The good thing is you get 2 remotes but 1 works them both, good if you have them in the same place only downside I can see is it takes 3 aa batteries for each light so invest on rechargeables

The versatility of these is much reduced as they're a tad fragile, but they come wound around in a tight spiral, which was slightly unwound and so tangled, you start out with this brittle feeling untangled spool of lights, which is far too long to easily unwind along (I needed two helpers).And then when you do get them unwound and start to put them to use (so I was sticking them around a door to give an ambient light effect behind a raised wooden door frame) and even though we had them unwound we had coils always trying to pop back up.This coiling and tangle really mark down, through frustration, something which could be excellent... All for a bit of card board that they would wind it around and keep it neat and usable... less than pennies for a piece of card to keep me from pulling my ever decreasing amount of hair out... I'd really like that... But for now, for the tangles, and the coils and the worry I'd break it... Two stars off.

The media could not be loaded.  These are fantastic little lights. They have a remote control and eight different settings. There are two different colours, warm white and cool white - see the attached video for the different colour options. I bought one set, then ordered a second.Note: they come with a USB fitting so you will need a plug with a USB slot or access to a USB power socket.
