I had been bothered by not having a doorbell for so long.I always missed my delivery while showering or being busy because I could barely hear the knocking.Finally, I found this on Amazon. There are so many products nowadays were made in China with poor quality, not for this one. It looks like high-end electronics but at reasonable price.The Bluetooth setup only took me 5 minutes (including reading the instruction). Amazingly easy and convenient !So far the product fulfills my needs, 180-degree angle provides comprehensive security at the door, and the chime speaker is really cute. I can also select my favourite ringtone and adjust the volume all according to my preference.I highly recommend this product to everyone!!

I try all the ways but still Cannot connect Alexa

Takes ages to set up. Slow picture loading. Doesnt work with Alexa!The company asked me to not send it back until they had chance to fix the issues. The issues are still not fixed! I requested a return. They have said unless i change my negative review to a positive one it will be ‘difficult’ to arrange a return! Sounds like blackmail to me! They now wont respond and have left me no choice but to warn you against buying this doorbell!Edit. Still ongoing issues with this device. No response from customer service or tech support.

It is simple to set up (if you're not a moron) and works flawlessly...even motion detection (for those naysayers, try adjusting your settings). What can I say apart from it is a fantastic product and for this price you can't go wrong. And for £2.50 a month for cloud storage of video recordings I don't have an issue...if only everything was this cheap

I bought this product for the first time and i am loving it. very useful for home security, it gives instant view of outside the house main door. it has a motion detection sensor and 180 degree view. which make it amazing to use.its very easy to connect with WiFi and works perfect.It also records the video as well. 100% peace of mind with this function.I would definatley recommend this products to other customers as well.
