Great Cast Iron Grilling Pan
This pan works great and is easy to clean if you follow the directions. It's a good size. I can cook 4 medium/burgers or two long panini sandwiches on it. The food cooks evenly. Will be great for searing then throwing into the oven to finish cooking.
