Pretty good but you do have to be careful. Go over a road bump too fast and the 2 tabs on the phone mount can break off and your phone goes flying!

Bought as part of my indoor cycle trainer setup, twisted off the Garmin Edge 830 and twisted this mount in it's place. Added a few other Amazon sourced parts to hold my iPhone so that I can listen to podcasts and shuffle through tracks as needed. This mount is really high quailty, locks into place really firmly. I road-cycle without my phone, but with this mount securely affixed to a phone case you could probably cycle with your phone in place, though I'd recommend some screws between the case and the mount to allow for vibration. The mount comes with an adhesive pad affixed which is more than strong enough for my application. I'm very pleased with this purchase.

Absolutely useless. The slightest tug and my phone came off. Not worth 5p, never mind £5!

Does the job perfectly, once stuck in place it’s got a strong hold and there’s no removing it so make sure you get it perfectly placed in the centre first time.It needs to be stuck to a smooth clean surface to ensure the strongest hold, it won’t stick to silicone or rubber surfaces.It’s a great price too, well worth the money.

The glue that contains in the back of the adapter is not strong enough to keep the adapter fixed , to fix this problem I used super glue in the back of the phone case protection....

Once you've applied this you better not want to take it off. It is a very strong bond! I put it on my phone case (rather the phone itself) and I'm glad I did.
