I do private catering and was looking for something that would serve as a holder for individual apple crumb cakes. This was perfect. the size was right, the quality is not only strong and oven proof, but stylish enough that I actually served the desert in the square tin. baked and served in 1. I sprayed the tin before I used it, but I do not think it was necesary, as the food was slippery. I would not sparay it next time. I had extra tins, so I made some spinach quiches for the family. They loved the quiche, but I think they enjoyed it more because of the novelty of having their own portion in a tin. lots of compliments from them, as well the customers at the catering event witht he apple crumb deserts. I wam plannng on ordering more including other sizes from these guys. Also, it was delivered to me by the promised date. In case you're wondering what the best recipe for apple crumb pie/desert is, I have it. Peel and core apples (1 per serving) you can do this recipe raw, but it works better if you cook the apples half way first. Less watery and shrinkage later. Just put cut up apples in pot and cook on medium for 3/4 of an hour. use it all, even the liquid that is made. THEN, after it cools of for a bit, add the following (measurements vary, use your own......) some strawberry or apricot preserves, some honey, cinnamon, allspice/nutmeg. fill the cups with this mixture and then top it with a crumble made of 1 stick margarine, 1 cup each of flour and sugar and a nice dash of cinnamon. bake on 350 for an hour. ENJOY!!!!

I bought these to make individual coffee cakes. They are the perfect size. I bake the coffee cake in them, cool them and freeze them in the these containers. Then when I need them, I take them out early in the morning and they are thawed for dinner. I do cut them in half for serving as one is too much for me to eat. My husband can eat a whole one, but not me. They are sturdy and I do re-use them after a good washing. Perfect for my needs

These worked great for our daughters wedding and looked professional. We baked miniature cakes and frosted in the tins. Served them as individual servings. Awesome! Had many compliments!

I purchased these to make individual Loaded Baked Potatoes we were doing for 130 guests. They arrived quickly & no damage. They worked great for what I wanted & the guests were impressed at how nice they were. I would absolutely order these again if the need arose.
