Native Kjalii Foods, Inc. prides itself on producing an artisan-crafted tortilla chip. We have kept the tradition of Mexico by using 100% whole corn. The corn is boiled and ground into “masa”. This “masa” is formed into whole tortillas, cut into wedges and fried in fresh oil. Although this process is slow, it produces a full-bodied tortilla chip. We then lightly salt the chip so that the corn flavor stands out. in keeping with Native Kjalii Foods, Inc.’s mission, we find the finest producers so that our end product has clean, crisp flavors.
