This seems to have helped with my 8yo daughter falling asleep. She has restless legs, and sleep issues, often taking 2-3hrs to fall asleep. Putting this on every night has reduced this to a quiet hour falling asleep, instead of a fractious 2-3.

This is really helping with the toddler that's in our care right now. It's helped him to sleep all night and not wake up too early. Which means we get more sleep!

I have bought many other magnesium products but this one was super thin and then burned my 2 yr old on a tiny cut she had. I didn't know why she cried until I put some on myself and so happened to have a little cut on me too. Poor babies..please, if you use this, atleast make sure you are not placing the lotion on any sort of cut. I will just continue buying the most costly one I guess as it works better anyway

This can be a bit greasy when applied but I do find it works especially after standing up most of the day at work very relaxing
