Must have for carrying skis and poles together easily!
I bought these as gifts for a couple of skier family members. One has already used his for a ski trip and loved them!They're just the right size to securely hold the skis and poles together, and it makes it so much easier to transport everything around when the strap can go over your shoulder. The Velcro has a very strong hold, and there's padding on the straps that go around the skis to keep them from getting rubbed by the Velcro.It comes in a tiny package as you can see from the picture, but it's a BIG advantage to have when carrying your gear!

Terrific Ski Carriers -- But No Poles
These ski carriers are excellent -- the Velcro is industrial quality, they're long enough for wide skis, and the shoulder strap is easily adjusted for a range of lengths, yet stays securely in place. I have a pair of Blizzard Magnum 8.7 Power FS skis, which are pretty wide and ridiculously heavy (but they're incredible skis, BTW), and these straps have no trouble carrying the skis securely.The only reason I didn't give the straps 5 stars is that they have no means of carrying ski poles. It would be nice if there were some form of short auxiliary straps near the attachment points on the main straps so that ski poles could easily be attached, as well.

Not for New Kind of skis being made
The end part that attaches to the the skis is not big enough for skis that are not pointed. The new skis being made do not come pointed but have a wider width. It does not fit around the ends to carry the skis.

Don't waste your money
Garbage. I just got it and wrapped it around my skis in my warm house. As soon as I lifted it up by the strap the clip broke. This is now unusable and a total waste of money. I can't imagine this would've actually worked, or lasted for that matter, in a cold ski environment. I'd give it 0/5 if I could.

Simple and effective ski straps
Does what they are meant to do. The velcro that is used to strap onto the skis works well even when covered in snow. Ability to be used for various heights (wife being 5’ and I am 6’1”). Wouldn’t want to carry in ski jacket but can be placed in boot bag near the slopes
