Avoid this product & seller!
The product was not packaged well & arrived beat up. Even with reading glasses I could barely read the directions. Even then, the directions did not match the product. The remote sent did not match the one in the directions. The icons that were supposed to be on the screen according to the directions weren't on the product. The product would never interface with Facebook. I even had the IT fellow at work look at it and he couldn't figure it out. I now have sought a refund and all I get is a run around. I answer questions, then asked more questions, then asked to send photos (of an internal software issue?) then send a YouTube video, then can I wait until they discuss it with their suppler. Stand behind your product!!

Not WiFi Capable
The Cloud Frame App is no longer available or was never available. The frame and the box had no identifying marks of an actual company (IMSMA) that makes this. The device even indicated that a Digital Code was "unknown". You are unable to use the WiFi option on this frame at all. A complete rip off. I returned immediately.
