I bought this for my almost two year old and was pleasantly surprised at how fun it is for pretend play — even for the younger toddlers. The beads are a nice touch but definitely a choking hazard for littles, so I didn’t add them. The kit comes with a bunch of different colored pom poms, 2 foam bananas, 2 cones, a scoop and a spoon. All are great tools for fine motor and color association. The kinetic sand are soft and great quality. They do mix very easy though (the yellow is by far the hardest to keep the original color) but they’re vibrant and nice. Overall, a great purchase and long play value! I can see why it says 3+ plus on the box for age but as long as you’re supervising and not adding as I said the beads I think younger toddlers can still play with it.

GREAT activity for toddlers! This is something I will get out when I need some time to cook, clean, space, etc. It's great for imaginative play, fine motor skills, and for sensory seeking kids. I love that it already comes in its own container for easy clean up (as long as your kids keep it in the container, unlike mine). You can quickly clean it up by just placing the lid back on it and putting it away. There are small pieces in this sensory bin (rocks and pom-poms). I do have a 2 year old that still likes to put stuff in her mouth so if you have younger kids please do keep an eye on them as they play with it. Overall, it's perfect and convenient to store. I purchased several others as well in different themes.

My son and I love this, but my husband hates it. Kept my son entertained so long but he did have trouble keeping the sand inside the bucket. It is easy to clean up though.

I love this product so much and so does my toddler! My favorite part is that the sand colors don’t mix together like Play-doh would! My 2 year old stays entertained with this for 20+ minutes which is great! The container is good quality and is the perfect size to store all of the contents as well as giving ample space to play with the sand and toys inside of the container. Would love to have other themes!

I love it except the box is cracked upon delivery so quite disappointing.

My 2 year old loves this dino sand dig toy. He digs for dinos and treasures in the sand with the tools. The box keeps sand inside—no big spills. Easy clean: wipe and rinse. He plays for hours, happy and learning, no TV needed.
