Because these shears are heavy duty I’m able to use them for much longer without my hand cramping. Easier to clean as the scissors slide apart. Great Scissors for cutting my meats for Stews and Soups.I purchase ordered in England from the Company in the USA and the Scissors arrived with no problems.I chop meats into small pieces into a pot and Hawkins Pressure Cooker them into a great Stew in short time, like 15 minutes.Great for at home, and whilst Camping. No need for a chopping board and knife, just hold the meats and Snip with the Scissors.A great quality Steel. 👍👍👍

Took me a second to realize the paper I wanted to cut wasn't being cut because I had the shears open all the way to the bone cutter. I made the adjustment and made a nice crisp shearing sound very satisfying. Easily cuts plastic bag packaging without getting folded between the blades.
