This review is for the ProFitness knee sleeves in medium/blue. This is my second product from ProFitness. I purchased the first product, the leather lifting belt in black/red, in full with my own money. I was so impressed with the quality of the belt, I was excited to look into other products from the same company. After six months of powerlifting, I decided to take the dive and invest in some knee sleeves to proactively stave off any joint problems in the future. I also wanted something with a bit of spring for when you're squatting down in the "hole." However, I couldn't justify the outrageously high price tag for Rehbands, especially considering the price is only for one sleeve, and I really wanted a pair. (I have two knees, fancy that...) With the caveat that I haven't tried Rehbands, the ProFitness sleeves are absolutely fantastic. The overall quality is outstanding and they are worth way more than their retail price. PACKAGING - The knee sleeves come with a black cinch backpack with a zipper pocket on the front. This is a nice little "extra" that I wasn't expecting and holds the sleeves and my other gym stuff easily. While not the best material, it is a great bonus that I wasn't expecting. MATERIAL - The sleeves are made of thick (7 mm), high-quality neoprene (read: wetsuit material). The stitching is really strong, which is important because you want these things pretty tight. Only time will tell how they hold up, but the dozen or so times I've pulled these things on and off, the stitching hasn't budged at all. STYLING - These are pretty snazzy. The seams and edges are lined with white and light blue trim that complements the main body, which is bright blue. While the gym isn't a fashion show, it's nice to know I don't look like a total dork. FIT - When I first put the knee sleeves on, I was initially disappointed because they were tight. I mean *really* tight. I got the mediums because the circumference of my knee is 13.75" when my leg is flexed, but as I have really muscular calves, fitting the bottom of the sleeve around my calf was difficult. After looking at some other reviewers' pictures, I realized that I was wearing the sleeves way too low. Once I hiked them up over the largest part of my calf, the sleeves sat comfortably with my knee directly in the middle. I'm really glad I stuck with the mediums, because a large would have been way too baggy in the knee, and the whole point of these things is to provide compression. I've since worn these almost a dozen times, and I'm convinced they are the perfect fit. It takes some getting used to, but having them tight really makes a difference. Follow the sizing chart! Which brings me to... PERFORMANCE - These things are AWESOME. Holy heck. After my first set of squats with these springy puppies, I was totally sold. They provide exceptional bounce in the deepest part of the squat, helping you drive upward. Furthermore, in between sets, they keep your knees warm so that you go into each set ready to perform. The only drawback I see is that they do get your knees sweaty. I mainly wear them over yoga pants, but even wearing them directly on your skin, you're going to have some sweaty knees. However, this is a small price to pay and really doesn't bother me (you should be sweating at the gym, and if you're not, get off your phone and work harder.) Once I was done with squats I folded them down to my shins and left them there for my rest of my workout, and my knees aired out really quickly. All in all, the ProFitness knee sleeves are great. I continue to be impressed by the company's products and by their customer service, and I will definitely buy from them again.

I am very impressed with both the product and the exceptional customer service from profitness. These knee sleeves have been a game-changer for my workouts. I was amazed by the customer service. Unfortunately, after a few months of use, the neoprene on one of the knee sleeves unexpectedly ripped. I was about to order another pair but decided to contact pro fitness through their email to inquire about a possible replacement. To my surprise, their response was prompt and incredibly helpful. not to mention the amazing customer service I experienced. The customer rep replied to my email offering an apology for the inconvenience and immediately offered to send me a brand new pair of knee sleeves, free of charge! They expressed genuine concern and ensured that I was satisfied with the resolution even though i did not sign up for the life time warranty when i purchased the knee sleeves. The customer service is impeccable. The knee sleeves are fantastic. They provide excellent compression, staility and support, making them perfect for anyone engaging in heavy squats and deadlifts. The material is durable and breathable, ensuring maximum comfort during my workouts. I appreciate the knee sleeves fit snugly around my knees without feeling restrictive. The sleeves don't slide down or bunch up, even during intense movements, which is a testament to their quality and craftsmanship. I recommend these knee sleeves to anyone in need of reliable knee support during squats and other compound movements that use heavy weights. Not only are they of exceptional quality, but the customer service I received was truly outstanding. Pro fitness prompt response, willingness to replace the ripped knee sleeves, and their commitment to customer satisfaction have left a lasting impression on me. I will certainly continue to be a loyal customer and look forward to purchasing more products from pro fitness

I have a milestone bday coming up this summer so Jan 2024 I started weight training at least 5-6 days a week, training legs 3x/wk… after 10 years of a largely sedentary lifestyle. Leg day sessions are easily 2-3hrs which was never an issue before, but time had taken its toll and I quickly developed a consistent pain behind my knees, even when I wasn’t training. When I squat it sounds like popcorn popping, sometimes so loud I could hear it over my headphones! 9yrs of cheerleading got me used to knees popping, but never this bad. Gall bladder surgery meant a month of rest which my knees needed; pain went away/popping continues. I did some research on knee sleeves to prevent the same Issues now that I’m back in the gym and searched for 7mm sleeves. Bought these based off the excellent reviews and bargain price. My knee measured at 14in which was in line for a medium. I received my order on Wed 5/1 and was disappointed bc my calves and thighs were uncomfortably tight during my workout that day. The next day 5/2, I called the number provided on one of the inserts (1 for a lifetime warranty and the other to address sizing issues). I didn’t leave a voicemail but decided to email their customer service. Before I could finish my email, a rep reached out via text. I explained the situation and the rep offered a solution immediately: Keep the original sleeves or donate to a friend, and they will send the large I needed (even let me change the color so I wouldn’t confuse the two). I responded several hours later in the evening and the rep responded at 10pm confirming my size/color! Sat 5/4, my new sleeves were delivered right to my doorstep. The medium gave excellent support and I immediately felt the difference when squatting - primarily how silent it was/much muchhh less popping! I was worried the large would fit my calves/thighs but diminish knee support but they were phenomenal. I did hear a few more pops, but NOTHING like before and best of all NO MORE KNEE PAIN WHEN SQUATTING/BSS! I loved them so much I looked for elbow sleeves and was so sad the company doesn’t offer them. If you suffer from knee pain, or maybe just feeling your age, these are a MUST HAVE! I highly recommend this product not only for its quality, but the customer service is astoundingly superb! Oh! It also comes with a bonus gym bag which I also love! Perfect if you don’t want to lug a whole gym bag around while you train. Overall 10/10. I’ll re-review If anything changes, but this Product and company earned all 5 stars!

Edit 2/14/24: The seller reached out wanting to help remedy my dismay and offered for me to return no questions asked, or to send me the size smaller. I opted for giving them the benefit of the doubt and trying the next smaller size. Well, it looks like my old sleeves size didn't exactly correlate to these. Maybe I'm in between sizes. I was able to test them out today doing various types of squats, and lunges and I am happy to report these definitely exceed my expectations, especially at half the cost of my old ones. I purchased these because I thought I had lost my old pair, found them this week, and honestly I'll keep rocking these until they fall apart. Previous: I haven’t taken the time to measure the thickness of these to make sure they actually are 7mm but compared to a few other 7mm sleeves, these are by far the least supportive. Best way to describe them is the have less rebound, and stretch easier than any other pair I’ve owned. They are the correct fit, so it’s not that they are oversized or I got the wrong size. Just less force trying to return them to their elongated shape. Unfortunately to find this out I had to wear them for a session and I wouldn’t feel comfortable returning them. Guess I have a backup set now.

Provides great knee support and they have awesome customer service. I have a history with knee issues and this helps me keep leg day in my weekly routine.

Amazing product, keeps my "loose" knees in place, and allows me to enjoy sports without pain, and without swelling. I can't do anything without them nearby if it will be an extended effort on my knees. I like them tight, sizing guide was great (I was right at the edge of two sizes I went to the smaller one). I recommend them for everyone. I have been using them about 4 times a week since I have gotten them.

After trying a few of these compression knee sleeves or even knee wraps, I came across thus item and I am happy I gave it a try. Initially, I was apprehensive because I had settled on knee wraps that worked well before each leg set at the gym, but they were inconvenient since I had to wrap them before each set and then unwrap them after the set. A week after using this sleeves, my knees felt the best they had in a long time and they allow me to carry on with my 2-hr leg workout 2x per week without little to no discomfort. I bought them in March and in late August one of the sleeves started to come apart; thus, losing some of its compression. I wasn't highly disappointed since I put them though the ringer for like 20 weeks, 2x per day and had no expectations beyond that, especially at the great price point. I reached out to the vendor on a Sunday to see whether they would honor the lifetime warranty and less than 24 hours later they had already replied requesting some info so they could send me a new pair. And by the way, I was so impressed with the product that I actually ordered a 2nd pair even before reaching out to the vendor and knowing they would send a replacement. That alone speaks highly of the product because otherwise I would gave ordered something different. There a few negative reviews about this item on Amazon but most of them have to do with unfounded expectations about the durability of the product. If you are using the product for long leg workouts 1-2 per week, of course it is going to experience wear and tear. But this vendor stands by the product nonetheless and will work with you to make it right in the event you experience any issues.

These sleeves would have received a solid 5-star rating from me if it weren't for my experience with some professional-grade brands. As a beginner, I'd give these sleeves a fair 3-star rating for your initial set. They do offer decent support and have a somewhat stiff construction. However, after owning them for about a year and a half, I decided to explore other options and purchased pairs from both Stoic and A7, two well-known 7mm brands. These alternative sleeves were also advertised as 7mm thick and had a similar construction. However, it became apparent that the quality of neoprene used in these sleeves was not on par with the professional brands. If you're a casual lifter who only uses sleeves occasionally, these are still a solid choice. However, if you value long-lasting quality and are willing to invest, I highly recommend opting for the pro brands like SBD, Stoic, or A7.
