Yehuda Jerusalem Matzo Farfel, 8oz (2 Pack)

I was so happy to find this from an Amazon seller. We have been unable to find it locally and the price was extremely reasonable and delivered quickly.

Farfel is good but measurements on container are wrong. It claims there are 1/4 cup per serving and 8 servings per container. This is 2 cups per container. There are in fact about twice that per container. I don’t know if the serving size is off or if the number of servings is but keep that in mind if you’re relying on the information on the container for measuring for recipes.

Tastes even better than I remember. Very fresh and crisp for all your farfwl recipes. Or just some in your soup!

Hard to believe I have to order farfel from Amazon. After living in an Orthodox neighborhood for three decades, I moved and boy did I feel the difference! First, they need to put better packaging around the box as the crumbs, etc. do come out of the box in shipping. Not a lot, but enough that it makes the bag all dusty and when you take the box out it's messy. Other than that, it was perfect farfel product for farfel casserole for Seder. Couldn't be happier with flavor.
