I've actually been taking Serolastin for way more then a year. It definitely picks up my mood, energy and brain function. It may be made fir women but I'm a man who loves how it affects me. Like with most supplements you get better results if you cycle it on and off. If you take it continuously the effects will wear off. That is what happens with most supplements. I have tried hundreds of supplements over the years. This is one I keep going back to. When you really need it it's a blessing. I'm 57 yrs old and don't have the energy I need. I combine this with some caffeine, N acetyl cysteine, N acetyl tyrosine, Nicotinamide Riboside and my daily vitamins minerals and amino acids and I do fairly well.

#1 - There are 20 capsules in the bubble pack. Nineteen of them were the right color (based on what I saw in the package of the friend who recommended them) which is two-tone grey, and one capsule is brown. I contacted the company that distributes them: JUVENON at the 800# listed on the box. Spoke with Cheryl who said she was "pretty sure" the brown capsule would be ok and that she didn't know how that could happen and then explained several times that it could be from the "flashing." Nothing she said sounded reassuring enough for me to want to just swallow that odd color capsule. There was nothing she could do about it since I had ordered them through Amazon. I contacted Amazon via chat and once I explained what I had on my hands I was assured my money would be refunded. The representative for Amazon took care of the problem satisfactorily. The representative for JUVENON failed to gain my confidence in their quality control, therefore I will not be purchasing or recommending their products. UPDATE: BEFORE THROWING THE PACKAGE OF SEROLASTIN AWAY I PUSHED THE OFF-COLORED BROWN CAPSULE OUT OF THE BUBBLE PACK TO LOOK AT IT MORE CLOSELY. I WAS ABLE TO SEE THAT THE CONTENTS OF THE CAPSULE HAD FILTERED OUT AND INTO THE CAVITY OF THE BUBBLE IT WAS IN. THE POWDER CONTAINED WITHIN IS A REDDISH BROWN. THAT IS WHAT DISCOLORED THE OUTSIDE OF THE CAPSULE SO I'M SURE IT PROBABLY WAS OK TO CONSUME. I STILL QUESTION THE CUSTOMER SERVICE RESPONSE FROM JUVENON. A SMALL MEASURE OF ALARM AND CONCERN WOULD HAVE BEEN MORE REASSURING THAN THE CAVALIER APPROACH CHERYL OFFERED. SHE PROBABLY SHOULD HAVE ARRANGED FOR THE PACKAGE TO BE RETURNED TO THEM SO THEY COULD EXAMINE IT AND MAKE A DETERMINATION THAT THEIR QUALITY CONTROL WAS IN ORDER. JUST SOMETHING THEY MIGHT WANT TO WORK ON.

I like the product very much. It has helped me balanced to my mood and find a better option to get B12 vitamins.

I like the product and have been using it for a couple years. But I question their quality control -- sometimes the capsules seem like they've been stored in a hot warehouse, and in this latest package (a jar now, instead of a blister pack as before), it looks like one or more capsules broke apart, so the powdered herbs have dusted the entire inside of the jar. There was no cotton or other material in the jar to keep the capsules from clanging around and beating up against one another, so it's not surprising. The jar is WAY bigger than the volume of the contents. And don't give these people your phone number -- they will call and even if it's your work number, they'll tell your business to whoever answers the phone -- in the guise of seeking to offer support. They're just trying to sell more and have no regard for their clients' privacy. But yeah I like the herbs (and it's not about menopause, it's just a great adaptogenic blend for me)

This product seems to work well, but why don’t you get a months supply instead of 20 for the same price . It is just vitamins , so just add 10 more and I will continue to order and I’m sure others will too .I have told several friends about them and no one likes the idea of having to order every 3 weeks !

Serolastin has made a more positive impact on my mood. Both anxiety and depression have diminished to some degree. A positive aspect of Serolastin is I haven't experienced any awful side affects. No weight gain no feeling out of my mind, or any nausea. It has not cleared up all of my symptoms but I'm functioning on more of an even keel. It's been about 8 months now. No it doesn't do the job of a prescription medication but I'm using it until I'm prescribed a medication that works without a lot of side affects. Until then Serolastin will be my daily go to supplement for anxiety and depression.

My doctor wanted to put me on Paxil. Guess what I didn’t let her I use this product and it is fabulous. Does exactly what it says and I am much much better.

Exercise caution about mixing with other supplements. I take a b-12 supplement (that contains a huuuge amount of b-12) I like and I did not sleep well at all after taking SeroLastin a few times. During the day it seemed okay and I felt good but no real noticeable or mindblowing positive effects.
