The very next day after ordering, the company emailed me to let us know if we had any issues/ concerns or questions to contact them. We got in a very timely matter no complaints on the delivery process or packaging. We love the safe swing straps, we bought it to hang our baby swing from the tree and it works great. Is very easy to set up, we will definitely transfer the swings as he gets older and continue to use it. Wr would most definitely buy again but it has been proven to be a very strong and durable product.

These are an awesome and simple to use product! Fit perfect for my tree swing! Caution to those considering this item though, be sure that the length is ideal for our tree limb. Like I said, was perfect for my tree but I could see where they may not be ideal for larger tree limbs. Huge pro: took me less than 5 minutes to open the packaging and set my daughters swing up. Super easy to use!!

High quality item and very good value for money. I only with these were around 6"-12" longer.

The clips rusted in no time. Is this product really meant for use outdoors? SAD

They slide around so the swing goes crooked. Disappointing!

Used the pair to hang a swing chair from the beam of an outdoor playset. Only had the straps for a short time and it's doing it's job well. I like that I did not have to drill any holes into the playset and installation was done in a couple minutes. The straps will stay outside for another 4 months, then I will put them away until next summer.

We are using these straps to hang a Lycra hammock in a tree. The tree is a beefy but still young cherry tree in our backyard so I wanted a strap system that was going to be gentle on the bark but sturdy enough to support the weight of an adult with a child. I would liken the webbing material of these straps to car seat belts, which are strong while still being thin and very flexible. The metal hardware is very high quality and the D-Rings are stitched on very well. The stitching is tied off so there are no loose threads that could potentionally lead to an unraveling. The carabiners have a screw gate adding additional safety to the hanging system. All in all, this is a very high quality hanging system for hammocks and swings and, in our case, our tree is probably the weaker link.

This is the first time I had ever used swing straps and these are truly wonderful... Our hanging consist of nylon rope and zip ties. Having ordered a circular swing that we wanted to hang from a branch in the tree I searched for swing straps. This is not an overly long strap but the adjustments arevery easy to make. I would recommend this strap to anyone wanting to hang a swing from a tree..will not cut into the branch.
