wfairly weak formula
At first I said that it was weak but after a whilw I noticed that it was not so bad. I did end up using it on my eyebrows and it looks good

Exactly the color i wanted, not too dark not too light, I'm olive color hispanic and after healing it left a nice color, no red hues. Self application :)
