Product came on time and was very nicely packaged. Instructions were very clear and the product was very easy to set up. After using it for a couple days, it relieved immense back pain and was able to make me more flexible and versatile. I would definitely recommend this product to anyone who is experiencing excessive back stiffness or just wants to feel refreshed and massaged. I would rate this product a 5 star and everyone should have this especially at such an affordable price of 20 dollars for such crazy pain relief.

Useless..

I had a back stretcher similar to this years ago sold by Avon, it was strong, sturdy, and my back felt good after using it. THIS back stretcher's plastic is weak and sometimes when I use it it feels like it is going to break, even though it hasn't, because it tends to bow when you lean back it sometimes aggravates my back more than help it.

i purchased this for my boyfriend, William, because we saw an advertisement for it online and he showed interest in it. he has general back pain from laying down weird sometimes and from lots of heavy lifting at work on his base on occasion. he really likes it, he literally fell asleep on the thing when he first put it together. i gave it a try and it is a feeling like none ive felt before it. id say give it try

My dad has pretty severe back pain from scoliosis. I got this item for him to help relieve some of that pain. It's a relatively simple concept. He informed me that it did in fact relieved some of the pain he had. You're able to adjust it to different heights dependent on the curve of your back. It also came with a strap, but I am not sure how to utilize that. Glad I was able to get him one and hopefully he will continue to utilize it.

I tried to use the product a few times thinking it would help crack my back or help with stretches. While it sort of helped with the stretches even in the highest setting it didn’t really do much. Definitely didn’t live up to the hype. Plus one of the screws fell out and there weren’t any replacements

Doesn't get those satisfying pops lile in the reviews on tiktok but it does gove you a good stretch

The product itself is correct, the visual aspects of it. However, this thing KILLS my back. Made my back worse. Makes my back lock up and i can’t even get off the stupid thing. My boyfriend also uses it, and it hurts his back too. Gives him lower back and hip pain.
