Its ok
Depends what your taste is... if you like chai tea latte or pumpkin spice latte you'll like this... it definitely has a spice kick. My only issue is that with these kind of mixes kcups can be a hit or miss with the Keurig. They will fill with water and the mix will get thick but won't go through and usually the machine will shut its self off... I end up having to just pour the mix into hot water or milk... at the cost of 24 kcups to how much it is for 2 tips of latte mix from the store if you end up having to just break these open they end up not being very cost effective but again the flavor is nice if you like things within the pumpkin, chai spice family

ALL THE CAKE FLAVOR none of the calories
So I bought this pack of 24 count of birth cake cappuncino becauseI am a chubby chonkers wanting to diet and I have sweet tooth, these birthday cake flavor cappucino while doesn't taste like traditional birthday cake batter I am used too, it tastes like cake, and its 70 calories, WHAT MORE DO I WANT? a normal starbucks coffee the size of one these pods makes would be at min 200 to 300 calories.everything is good to go out of the box, although if you don't mind adding a few calories ontop I recommend some creamer and 1 teaspoon more of sugar, just add a dash of you reduced fat milk before pouring or coffee creamer if you want for a creamier and more decadent flavored drinking experience. but out of the box you can go ahead and pop one of these pods in your keurig and you have a completed drink. perfect if you are a shamless sweet addict like me, and wanting to cut down on calories.

Terrible quality, Aspartame! Phenylalanine!
Terrible quality, Aspartame! Phenylalanine! Tasted sweet(aspartame is 200 times sweeter than sucrose), but didn't list as an ingredient online therefore I will never buy again!Aspartame “is a multipotential carcinogenic agent, even at a daily dose of … much less than the current acceptable daily intake,” according to a 2006 lifespan rat study in Environmental Health Perspectives.A follow-up study in 2007 found significant dose-related increases in malignant tumors in some of the rats. “The results … confirm and reinforce the first experimental demonstration of [aspartame’s] multipotential carcinogenicity at a dose level close to the acceptable daily intake for humans … when life-span exposure begins during fetal life, its carcinogenic effects are increased,” the researchers wrote in Environmental Health Perspectives. The results of a 2010 lifespan study “confirm that [aspartame] is a carcinogenic agent in multiple sites in rodents, and that this effect is induced in two species, rats (males and females) and mice (males),” the researchers reported in American Journal of Industrial Medicine.A 2021 review of the Ramazzini Institute data validated the conclusions of the original RI studies. See, “Aspartame and cancer — new evidence of causation,” Environmental Health. The findings, “confirm that aspartame is a chemical carcinogen in rodents. They confirm the very worrisome finding that prenatal exposure to aspartame increases cancer risk in rodent offspring.”
