I use these for lumbar support when traveling. They're bigger than I like forpacking, but do the job for back support.

This was a very comfy pillow. Easy to blow up and adjust the inflation. To deflate enough to get into the carry bag you have to stand on it and move around...then don't close the tube. It seems a little large to pack at first, but so worth the space it takes!

I bought this pillow in time for a 4 day, 3 night camping trip. I liked how thick the pillow was when fully inflated. But that was about the only good part of the pillow.It packs large for being a pillow (my air mattress is almost the exact same size when packed). Secondly, when testing the pillow before my trip, everything worked fine. But I didn't leave it inflated overnight. As I found out on my camp out, it deflates during the night. So much so that when I woke up at 2am because I had no pillow support, I inflated it back up only to have it go down again before morning. Each night was this way. I tried various things to ensure that the valve was properly closed. Without stripping the plastic threads on the valve, it was as good as it was going to get.It is also too wide to fit in a mummy bag. So instead of sleeping comfortably with the bag zipped up, it was actually pushing the pillow further from my head and body.I am severely disappointed with this product and it is a 1 1/2 star review.

Slept on it for one night and feels good for the money! I wish it was a bit thicker as I am a side sleeper but the best camp pillow I have bought.

These things don't pack down. I bought them for backpacking where space is limited in your back-pack. When this arrived, it packed down to a giant ball the size of a large cantaloupe. Nothing economical about this pillow. It would have taken up too much space in my pack.

I'm going to camping for two weeks straight this summer and I figured I might need to find something to rest my head on since I'll at least be on the hard ground the entire time. Considering its as I'll be taking care of others as a counselor at a summer camp in the mountains, good idea to try to aim at comfortable rest each night! This pillow is pretty great, I inflated it over two weeks ago and have gone back and forth between my actual pillow and it every few nights and the air still hasn't leaked out.It inflates on its own,however if you want it most, if not all of the way inflated, you will have to blow the air into it yourself. I don't consider this a problem. If you need to deflate it or release any extra air for comfort, you twist the same cap you had in the first place to inflate it. The air will seep out, but you just add a little extra pressure with a hand and the air gets out more quickly. The material is good, easy to wipe off if it gets dirt on it, becomes muddy or etc.Fits great into my terra pillow case (awesome), came with storage bag for when not in use, as well as an added bonus of a multipurpose tool.
