Bigger than expected, but still fits under my espresso machine.
I recently purchased the Digital Multifunction Weighing Scale for Espresso, and I must say, it has truly elevated my coffee-making experience. This scale is a game-changer for anyone serious about crafting the perfect espresso shot.Firstly, the design is sleek and modern, fitting seamlessly into my kitchen decor. Its size of the actual scale is a little bigger than I thought it would be.Accuracy is key when it comes to weighing coffee grounds, and this scale delivers on that front. The measurements are precise, allowing me to consistently achieve the ideal coffee-to-water ratio for a flawless espresso every time. The tare function is incredibly convenient, making it easy to subtract the weight of my portafilter or cup for accurate readings. One feature I particularly appreciate is the timer which you use to pull a 25-30 second shot. .The display is clear and easy to read, even in low light conditions. The responsive touch buttons make operation a breeze, and the auto-off function helps conserve battery life.

Good for measuring espresso doses
Being able to weigh within 0.1 g and track time makes this scale perfect for my espresso brewing. It is very accurate and easy to use, while only taking up a small space on the counter. I sometimes use this to weigh other things like my french press, and it can also handle the higher weight loads.

Nice scale, flimsy construction
***UPDATE**** 3/8/2025I wanted to update my review as I have been using this scale since 2022 weekly for 3 years now. I have bumped my review up by 1 star. While my initial qualms still remain I increased the score by one because it's been solid for 3 years with no issues. I wish it had a low battery indicator, but that's really all it's needed these past years. It's pretty much given me solid weight numbers since owning it.If they made it a little more solid/heavier, I would even pay for that because the internals are great and the functionality is good. I definitely would recommend the scale to anyone looking for a good coffee scale, just keep in mind it's lightweight and may feel flimsy, but it will get the job done.1/1/2022I wish they made this scale better. It feels very cheap. It’s made of plastic so it’s extremely light and can easy be knocked around. Kitchen scales should be a little heavy. It’s pretty small too, another area they cut corner on in my opinion. The rubber pad is nice although even it’s design is a bit weird as it fits one way. I needed a scale with a a timer and this does the job. I haven’t had any problems so far.

Accurate and Budget friendly.
There are so many scales to choose from. I needed a scale to weigh coffee grounds, and during coffee making with my Chemex. This scale is very accurate and the timer function helps me brew accurately. As long as the timer is going, it won’t shut off automatically, which is nice. Save yourself money and give this simple scale a try.

Pretty good
It’s exactly as advertised. Features, size, functionality and quality all good. A bit disappointed that the rubber mat that comes with it is slightly smaller than the scale pad

This scale has been perfect
This is a really nice, inexpensive, but highly functional scale. It has helped me hone my skills and brew amazing espresso! When you turn it on, it auto zeros. So, it helps me weigh my beans, and then helps me weigh the espresso product that I get out of my espresso machine. I use the 1:2 ratio of coffee beans to product. So, I weigh out 18g of coffee beans, then I run my espresso maker to produce 36g of espresso. And, this scale works perfectly for that! I highly recommend it!

Horrible battery life on scale
Not sure if I got a defective scale but it goes through batteries crazy fast. I just replaced the batteries a week ago and it already ran out again. It’s a shame because I enjoy the scale when it does work properly but nothing is worse than being mid scale and then losing the measurement halfway through due to low battery. I would’ve expect the battery life to last way longer
