I have read a lot of Toltec books. This one is the best by far. Love all Toltec books however, this one has helped me understand things better

One of the most empowering books I have read in a long time. Next to the four agreements of course. I am actually doing the journals that are suggested in this book, and while it is hard to follow and do consistently, I am noticing a change in my life. I am always looking for ways to improve and this book really gets your outside of your box, the way you think, and the way the world thinks.If you get this on audible, which I did. The narrator and author sounds monotone, but after a while you get used to it and actually it is quite nice!Hope this helps!

Insightful read and it only happens if you do the work!

From Don Miguel's books, I never acquired practical tools, methods let's say, to address challenging emotions like fear. This book written by a woman who studied under the shaman provides steps in processes to release emotional trauma we store in our bodies when we take things personally. This book was a very important compliment to Don Miguel's books.

I keep this book with me to remind me that there is a better way to think and enjoy my life. it is a journey that I take everyday to move forward to a better peaceful place. the book is written so well I truly enjoy it.

After reading Don Miguel Ruiz's Four Agreements , I wanted to get a better understanding of Toltec wisdom. This book was a perfect segue to further my understanding . An easy and informative read. It really hits home in understanding what our own personal barriers are to personal freedom.

this was an adjunct to DonMigual Ruiz' audiobooks - I didn't like the narration and also it read like a text book which doesn't translate well on audiobooks due to what I suspect was an outline form of writing. It was disappointing!

Excellent story line. Would reread over and over. I recommend this book to any one i know. Please read this
