Constantly Goes Offline
This worked well for a few months and then it started constantly going offline as many others are reporting. When it is online, it says that the Wi-Fi signal is weak but it sits 10 feet from a mesh router through a single piece of sheetrock. I measured the signal and it was maximum. It is in the crawlspace of a second home and getting to it to reset it so I can get it back online is a real ordeal involving crawling 40 feet. I do not recommend this as it is seriously flawed.

May not work for bulky valves over 1"
Works good however I'm not Shure how it would hold up under continuous use like for irrigation. I have a few wifi water sensors and my use would be to shut the water off by the meter for the whole house if wifi water sensors detected a leak.

Decent item but doesn't last
I bought 2 of these products and they are...okay. They have to be positioned just right and on one of them I had to place multiple boards alongside of it to support it so it would stay in place while trying to turn the valve. Once I had the boards set up to support it, the valve worked fine but less than a year after install one of them is no longer working at all. The button on it will activate it to go one way, but will not return to the other direction unless I pull the pin and manually move it which defeats the purpose of it. Because one of them doesn't work, I had to take both out of service otherwise I would end up with no water when only one activates.

You get what you paid for
Bought in march 2023 worked occasionally and disconnected in the worst possible time. When you are abroad. Motor is weak. Finally failed to close the valve completely after a year. You have been warned.

Sturdy frame and attachment
The device works as advertised. It is easy to connect to WiFi. The motor operates at a slow but deliberate speed and the torque is more than sufficient to operate the shut off valve. One interesting fact relates to action following a power outage. When power is restored the controller shuts off the water valve. After reading about this, I understand the intent. If power goes out and it is very cold you could have frozen pipes. So the controller closes the valve to limit potential water damage.

This is my second one, because the first one broke after 2 years.
This is an immensely useful product. The peace of mind being able to turn off the water remotely and then on again when it is needed, is priceless. The problem though is that this device may not be hugely reliable. My first one broke after two years. It just stopped being able to turn off the water. The motor always seemed a bit under powered and I figured it would fail some day. That day came two years later. Well, I already had all the hardware installed for this unit, so I just bought another one and had it installed and configured in like 10 minutes. For $40 or so, I'll keep replacing these every two years.

Quit working in just over a month
Was working great and then 5 days after the date I could return it, it just quit working, won’t light up or anything. Is getting power we tested it. Have 2 of the older version that have worked fine for over a year.

Works well for me (I saw photos of bad installations from other reviews)
I noticed some installations did not have the lever's pivot point concentric to the center of their water valve levers. Mis-alignment surely leads to issues of loss of power and even breakage as motor can burn due to pushing harder than needed and lever can snap. When installed correctly, it works really well, at least for me it has been the case.
