Great find! I love vegan food. I was using this for a Vegan Egg Salad seasoning. It smells like sulfur, but don't use too much. It make the tofu taste like real eggs. The color is amazing. I add dill pickles and it makes my egg salad off the hook.

Tastes great
Using it for tofu scramble and it works really well. I add more at the end and it tastes great. My daughter said it tastes like egg yolk. I haven’t eaten eggs in several years so I can’t remember what that tastes like, but it does taste great in aforementioned scrambles.

This black salt is the real deal. It made my tofu taste and smell like real eggs. So nice to be able to satisfy that craving without the cholesterol.

Unable to Review Due to Unsecure Cap and Seal
The package arrived later than initial delivery date. Although the container had extra plastic wrap the cap was not on tightly it was no screwed on properly. When I removed the cap the protective seal was lifted. I cannot review further as I cannot trust the safety of the product.
