Simply written. Explainations as to why to eat certain foods, and why to not eat certain foods. Simple recipes. Makes the journey to better health reasonable & attainable. I followed the 2 week cleanse as described. Happy with health benefits.

This book is an updated version of the Candida Cleanse, which now entertains new ways of eating such as vegetarian and vegan. The book is easy to use and has testimonials throughout. The advice is clear and easy to follow, and there are recipes included for when you leave the strict cleanse. It's not too bulky, so I leave it out in my kitchen for reference, as to achieve the results you must follow the routine laid out. If you have never done a candida cleanse before, and are looking for an easy yet articulate and friendly book to guide you through, I totally recommend this one :)
