Absolutely fantastic!
First of all, I received the new Dell Inspiron 15 two days earlier than the expected delivery date. The delivery package was dropped right outside my door, and I truly appreciate that (especially now with the COVID cases on the rise!). I was just baffled at how light the packaging was (even thought for a second that it may have been delivered empty, without the laptop) ^^" Back to the product! I've had a great experience with Dell laptops previously, so I did not hesitate to purchase a new one :) This one is definitely an upgrade from my old 12" Inspiron 7386 and I noticed it from the second I unpacked the laptop. Packaging comes with only the laptop and the charger. The new Dell Inspiron 15 5502 is noticeably smoother and faster! Soon enough, I faced some problems with operating the system ^^" There was a problem with connecting to bluetooth devices and the charging of the laptop. However, the team from Happy UAE were kind enough to provide me with all assistance I needed to work my way around and fix up the pending issues. I'm truly delighted to have made this purchase! Thank you all :)

Worst performance with battery back up
regular shut off with residual power with battery. forced to open the back cover every now and then, after a long time chosen DEll and the worst product ever produced.

Why only english keyboard when you are selling in middle east !!
It doesn’t have stylus and the keyboard is only english so you will need to buy arabic letters stickers

Pc was working and suddenly after 24 days windows crashes , will call Amazon to find solutions

Product is excellent. Good performance, design, size all are fine but Little bit disappointed because Microsoft office is not included. Other then everything is cool.
