I started taking this about a month ago for carpal tunnel syndrome in place of NSAIDS like ibuprofen and naproxen. It has worked really, really well for me. I take it twice a day and it has been more effective in reducing pain and inflammation than ibuprofen and naproxen were. I will be buying this again.

Really works
I have a chronic autoimmune disease in which I ache on a regular basis, this works wonders. I open the capsule, put it some beef broth and a little coconut oil heat it and drink it up. I take one in the morning and one in the evening. It is better than taking NSAIDS.

Great anti-inflammatory product
I bought this product because of it's touted anti-inflammatory properties. My boyfriend would take 800mg. of Ibuprofen twice a day for his joint pain. He began a regimen of beet freeze dried crystals and the Tumeric. He wakes ups with less over-all soreness, and has completely stopped all pain medication. My mother has rheumatoid arthritis along with osteoarthritis. Unfortunately, the Tumeric gave her an upset stomach which is one of the side effects for certain people. I would highly recommend this product.

Sad to say...didn't Work!
I had high hopes for this product and was hoping it would help with some knee pain/problems I've been experiencing. I honestly can't tell any difference whether I'm taking the product or not. I've been taking four pills a day for about three weeks now and don't see any results. I hope this works for you but I won't be buying this any more.

Always a fan of turmeric/curcumin. It's a great herb to take daily and this formula was a draw because it's organic and non-GMO. That's a big deal for me. I don't want to take something that has herbicides, etc. in it. Great buy!

Tumeric helps my arthritis
My fingers used to ache from arthritis is the morning. I take one cap a day and it is all but gone.Been using Tumeric for years, wouldn't miss taking it every day for any reason.

I've written a review on this before, but I've ordered 2 more bottles since so I'll always have it on hand. This is the best thing I've tried for the pain of fibromyalgia. Surprisingly, to me, it lessens headaches, too, when nothing else seems to do the trick..
