Eugene "Gene" Bilbrew was a famous African-American cartoonist and fetish artist. His absurd and wonderful illustrations graced the covers of many pulp fiction and men's novels through the 1950s and 1960s. This tee features the original cover art from "Topless Waitress," an over-the-top example of Gene's work from 1967.
