Battery died in 4 months and product cannot be serviced or replaced
Please beware of this product and this listing, the vendor forgets to mention that is a discontinued model that cannot be repaired or replaced in case of any problems. The product has been discontinued. I had a damaged battery in less than three months! I wonder if it is the case with all their listings too! Buyers please beware!!

Unfortunately I got this product, and I didn’t know that it was not working only past 2 weeks of exchanging the product.Now Of course the product is under warranty but the only place in UAE to check it is in sharjah , imagine the inconvenience when you live in Abu dhabi and you are stuck with a product that has malfunctioning production!

Excellent for upholstery
I have 5 cats so its useful for me to clean my sofa and beds on a daily basis easy to handle
