ID Stronghold Men's Leather Trifold Wallet - RFID Blocking - Black Wallet with Gift Box

I absolutely love this wallet I'm hard to please but this wallet does everything I need including provide security. First, this wallet is real leather which I only buy leather wallets, but this wallet is quality leather I usually go cheaper 25 dollar range. Next, it is large if you want a wallet that holds many cards, ID, receipt, and etc this wallet does that. Lastly, the security actually works! I tested several times at multiple places at work with an access ID, tap to pay, and cashier terminals every time it passed the test. One time something tried to read but terminal could not determine what it was, and I had other wallets in the past fail and I would have to add RFID cards. I can't speak on if the wallet holds up over time but if it fails early I will update this review. Buy in confidence!!

I wanted a tri-fold wallet and it seems like they are becoming fewer in availability. I purchased this wallet because it is a tri-fold and it is real leather. When I received it I first thought wow this is much bigger than what I expected. It has now been 2 1/2 years that I have had this wallet. It doesn't seem large at all to me, it easily accommodates my ID cards, bank card, and various credit cards easily and without being too thick when I fold it up. As a plus it also has the RFD blocking which is added security for my credit cards. Lastly, this is very well made and with quality leather - there are no years, no separation of any of the stitching, and no signs of wear. I have not experienced any of the issues of those who left negative reviews and buy this again if needed and with no hesitation. I highly recommend this wallet.

I toyed between three and four stars for this wallet. My prior review for a Stay Fine wallet which I gave 3 stars. It probably would have rated three and a half if I could have done so. This one is between a three and a half and four.The leather is softer than the stay fine and most other ones I have been looking at in stores for less than forty dollars.Is the presented self in a nice box. It smells like leather and seems decently made. The dark brown color is so dark its almost black.Now I have about a dozen cards....a couple of credit cards a Triple a card my health card my dental card....cards for sam's club and costco etcetera... probably more than I should carry around. My one knock on the Stay Fine was that when you insert cards into the slots you almost need a pair of pliers to get them out. That is certainly not the case here.... it with swallow them up, no problem. Like my pld Rolph's you can actually fit multiple cards per slot. Of course that led to a thicker wallet. But I guess I'm sort of used to that. Somehow this wallet was thicker than my original wallet. I'm not sure how my original one with the same amount of cards overall was thinner. But the problem with this is its width and height.It looks like a small book when you open it. It's wider and a lot taller than any other wallet I've seen. I have no idea why they chose to make it so tall and so wide. I appreciate the extra width for credit cards etcetera but they overdid it. Anyway perhaps if I was a person of considerable size my jeans would accommodate a wallet of this size but for me this is overkill...and that's too bad. It will be returned.Note it has two sections for cash and papers but also note the cash gets lost in there. Also note in the picture the extra width for credit cards. It's a great idea but they went a little too far.

I like this wallet. It seems the standard wallet size is always a bit too small for the amount of cards needed now-a-days. Finally, a wallet large enough. Not for guys who still carry their wallet in their back pocket though. I never have. Perfect for me. As with all wallets, a little breaking in will be necessary.
