Chronicle Books Floral One Line a Day: A Five-Year Memory

This is my third one.

I’ve always been terrible about keeping a journal, but something about knowing I only need to write a sentence or two each night seems more attainable, so I’m giving this a go. The journal itself is a convenient size to keep in my nightstand and I appreciate the ribbon, so I can quickly return to where I am in the book each night. I like the flowers on the cover and the gold edging on the pages, and the page thickness is sufficient. I use a Dr. Grip with fine point and I haven’t had any issues with bleed-through. The only possible improvement I could want is a lock on it, but hopefully no one in my house goes snooping. I’ve already found it helpful for settling those silly disputes with friends and family over things like on which day we did something so even if nothing else, it’s a handy record of things like that! :)

Ich habe dieses Tagebuch zum Geburtstag geschenkt bekommen und kannte diese Art von Tagebuch noch gar nicht. Die Idee, jeden Tag eine Zeile zu schreiben, lässt sich wunderbar umsetzten, weil für jeden Tag nur wenige Zeilen zur Verfügung stehen und man sich dann auf das wichtigste Ereignis des Tages konzentriert. Die Idee, sehen zu können, was man im Jahr davon an dem Tag gemacht hat, finde ich sehr gelungen.Zudem ist das Büchlein in einer sehr schönen Aufmachung gestaltet worden.Ich habe es jetzt selbst zum Verschenken gekauft.

L’ho regalato più volte. È sempre stato gradito. Peccato che questa versione floreale è sempre meno facile trovarla.
