Paid for new & got refurbished.
The frame on one of the two panels I received was dented & cracked and one of its cells doesn't look original. It looks like they paired a refurbished panel with a new one & sold it as new.Im also beginning to suspect that the output for either panel isn't near what its rated BUT the weather has kept me from being able to confirm.I'll update when the sun finally shines

Very pleased.
These are great solar panels. I am glad I got them for around $1/watt before the current price increase. I will buy more panels, but not above $1 per watt.

Amazing!
Excellent and very efficient! Works great. Put 2 panels on my camper with 2 six volt batteries using Bogart SC 2030 controller and TM 2030 monitor and system is amazing. Getting full charge by noon even when cloudy.
