The product box should be taped by manufacturer. Mine arrived with the product out of the box and the plastic wrapping with the product lid completely detached. Amazon delivered it in a non-padded plastic bag. I think a box or at least a padded bag would have been a better option.

I love it, it serves it's purpose and is exactly what I was looking for. It's tacky and that is what I wanted!

This toothpick holder is beautiful. Unfortunately, it is also sticky. Sometimes you have to press it multiple times to open/close. The top comes off easily when it is open as well. I have not tried the bottle opener yet. I would absolutely buy this again, but I wish it were better made.
