These mason jars when shipped and delivered look good. But the problem is I find they are not brand new but seem to be used. It seems they clean, sanitize with vinegar, and resell them used.I’m a candler, I have had two containers break when filling them with wax to create a beautiful candle. The heat of the wax expands the glass causing it to crack which means the surface is weak from prior use.I do not recommend this for candles, or anything microwaveable. It would be more beneficial if they would put a disclaimer stating, “use at your own risk, or used product”!Do not waste your money, hit Walmart or Ace Hardware...at least when you buy the product there, it’s new.

I got these because I wanted to make passion fruit jelly. I had a countertop full of fruit, but in the end I only had enough pulp to fill 5 1/2 jars, so I will try some other fruit some day.These jars are very pretty, nice shape & size. I finished these in a water bath so they are shelf stable until opened. Very sturdy, good quality.

Some of the jars had pouring defects that I was concerned about. However they held up under pressure canning with no problem. Love they shape and would buy again.

Used for jelly/jam, salad dressing, storage! Love the wide mouth & cheap price. Also Labels are reusable! I can throw away my old saved pickle jars! Yea!

These jars are for crafts. They CANNOT be used for water bath canning!

Great value for the money. Saved me from having to drive all over to many stores. Sturdy jars. A few lids did not seal thoroughly so those just got used right away. Like the smooth sides for attaching labels
